Booth Junkie ships worldwide. Whichever country you are ordering from, you get the same products, the same prices and the same support — there is no separate overseas catalogue and nothing is held back for one market.

Choosing your delivery

When you reach checkout you will see the delivery options available for your order, each with its own price and estimated timescale. Pick the one that suits you. We use established carriers such as Royal Mail, UPS and FedEx, and the choice on offer depends on where your order is going.

The cost is worked out from the size and weight of the order and the service you choose, so you always see the real figure before you pay rather than an estimate that changes later.

How long it takes

Orders are usually dispatched the same or the next working day. After that, allow 2–3 working days within mainland UK and 7–10 working days for international deliveries. Express services are quicker, and the estimate shown at checkout for your chosen service is the one to go by.

Occasionally an order arrives in more than one delivery. If anything is running late, get in touch and we will chase it for you.

Software and downloads

Booth Junkie itself, along with templates, animations and other download products, is delivered electronically. There is nothing to post and no delivery charge: you download it and your licence is issued to your account straight away. The free 30 day trial works the same way, anywhere in the world.

Prices and currency

Everything on this site is priced in pounds sterling. If your card was issued elsewhere, your bank converts the amount at their own rate on the day you order, and we add no currency charge of our own.

We are often asked what a price comes to in another currency. The honest answer is that no one can say exactly — exchange rates move constantly, and the figure that counts is the one your bank applies at the moment you pay. Rather than publish a converted price that would be out of date within the hour, we show the real price in the currency we charge.

Import duties and taxes

Deliveries outside the United Kingdom may attract import duties or taxes, charged when the parcel reaches its destination. These are set by your own country and are payable by you; we have no control over them and cannot predict the amount. Your local customs office can tell you what to expect before you order.

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes. We ship to the United States regularly, along with Canada, Australia, and countries right across Europe and beyond. Orders are sent tracked, and you choose the service at checkout.

How much is international shipping?

It depends on the size and weight of your order and the service you pick. You will see the exact cost at checkout before paying — there are no surprises added afterwards.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Typically 7–10 working days for international deliveries once dispatched, and quicker if you choose an express service.

Can I pay in US dollars?

Orders are charged in pounds sterling. Your card issuer converts it automatically at their rate, so there is nothing extra for you to do.

Will I have to pay customs charges?

Possibly, depending on your country’s rules. Any import duties or taxes are payable by you on arrival. Your local customs office can advise before you order.

Do I need anything shipped to use the software?

No. The software is downloaded, so you can be up and running immediately wherever you are.
