The complete application, running on your own camera, printer and templates. Nothing is locked for 30 days — photos carry a watermark until the machine is licensed, so use the trial to prove the setup rather than to cover a booking.
What you get
The complete application, not a cut-down version. You get 30 days with every Premium feature enabled — SMS, WhatsApp and email delivery, FTP upload, and the full library of print templates and screen animations.
Test it against your own camera, your own printer and your own templates before deciding. The one restriction is on use: the trial is not licensed for live or commercial events.
What happens after 30 days
The software does not stop working and it does not lock you out. If you have not bought a licence, the Premium features are disabled and Booth Junkie watermarks the photos it takes on any unlicensed machine.
Everything else keeps running, so a booth part-way through being set up does not suddenly go dark. Buying a licence removes the watermark permanently and re-enables the Premium features.
Installing
Download the installer and run it. Most operators are taking test photos within about five minutes. Connect your camera by USB before starting Booth Junkie so that it is detected on first run.
If you are setting up a booth for the first time, the knowledgebase covers camera setup, printer configuration and installing templates.
How licensing works
Booth Junkie is sold as a Lifetime Licence for your machine, bought outright rather than rented by the month. There is no recurring fee to keep it running, so a booth that only works through the summer is not paying for a subscription over the winter.
Every Lifetime Licence includes twelve months of Premium. When those twelve months end the software carries on working and your photos stay watermark free — only the Premium features pause, until you choose to renew.
The watermark applies to any machine without a licence, from the first photo it takes. Once a licence has been bought for that machine it is gone for good, whether Premium is active or not.
Full licence terms are set out in the End User Licence Agreement and on the licence product page.

Not sure it will work with your booth?
The trial is the fastest way to find out — it runs on your own hardware with no feature restrictions for 30 days. The compatible cameras list is a good starting point if you are still choosing hardware.
Before you install
Please read the End User Licence Agreement, which covers both trial and licensed use.
