Import gives you a fixed set of buttons for bringing your own content (backgrounds, logos, videos, sounds) into Booth Junkie’s own folders, so your workflow and screen layout settings can find them.
Where to find it
Admin Panel -> Add Files -> Import.
The 9 buttons
Each button accepts specific file types and copies straight into the matching folder:
- Printout Background (jpg/png) -> Backgrounds
- Overlay/Logo (png only) -> Logos
- Greenscreen (jpg/png) -> Greenscreens
- Animation (video or image) -> the general Flash pool, used by several workflow step types
- Singleshot / Multishot / Cancel Buttons (video or image, one button each) -> their own matching Flash sub-folders
- Selection Screen (video or image) -> feeds the Selection step’s buttons
- Sound Clip (mp3/midi/wav) -> Sounds
What it checks – and what it doesn’t
If a file with the same name already exists at the destination, the import is skipped rather than overwriting it – rename your file first if you want to replace something. Beyond the file-type filter on each button, there’s no validation of image dimensions, video length, or file content – whatever you pick gets copied as-is.
Worth knowing
There’s no import button for emoji stickers (used by the Draw step) – if you want custom ones, they need to be added to your emoji folder directly through Windows, not through this screen.
