Every event you’ve run shows up here as its own online gallery – the same Your Booth -> Galleries screen the Dashboard’s own “Your Galleries” summary is pulled from, just with every event listed instead of a handful.
What each row shows
- Event – the gallery’s name, and a link straight to the live guest-facing gallery
- Licence – which of your licences (machines) this event was run on
- Last Updated – when a photo, share, or setting on this gallery last changed
- Images / SMS / WhatsApp / Views – running totals for that event: photos taken, SMS shares sent, WhatsApp shares sent, and gallery page views
Sort the list by any of these with the Sort by dropdown, or use the arrow next to it to reverse the order. Long lists page automatically – use Prev/Next at the bottom to move between pages.
Customise and Show Report
Each row has two buttons:
- Customise opens that one event’s own look-and-feel settings – the same controls covered in Customise Gallery, but scoped to just this event instead of your account-wide default
- Show Report opens a much fuller picture than the row’s own counts – guest demographics (gender, age range), every phone number that received an SMS or WhatsApp share along with its delivery and read status, and every email address captured at the event
Your default gallery vs. a customised one
Every gallery starts out looking like your account-wide default (set from Customise Gallery directly, without picking an event first). Hitting Customise on one specific event here switches you into editing that event alone – anything you change only affects that gallery, and every other event keeps using your default look until you do the same for them.
