What is in here

Templates are the printed layouts — the artwork your guests' photos are placed into, ready for a 6×4 print or a 2×6 strip. Animations are the on-screen graphics the booth shows while it works: countdown timers, touch-to-start prompts, compliment screens and photo-signing screens.

Most themes exist in both, so a booth's touchscreen and its prints can share a single look through an event. A wedding set, for example, gives you matching print overlays and matching screen animations.

Specifications

Full-print templates are PNG artwork at 2592 × 1728 pixels — a 3:2 ratio, so the same file prints correctly at 6×4, 8×6 or any other 3:2 paper size your printer takes. Portrait versions are 1728 × 2592. Strips are 2592 × 864.

Each download also contains a template.xml file telling Booth Junkie exactly where each photo sits on the layout and how large to make it, so a template works correctly the moment it is installed — there is no positioning to set up by hand.

Installing and editing

Downloads are installed from the downloads screen inside Booth Junkie, which puts the files where the software expects them. There is nothing to copy by hand and no restart.

Every template is editable. The PNG can be opened in any image editor — Photoshop, Affinity, Canva — if you want to add a client's branding or adjust the artwork. Photos can also be resized, rotated and repositioned within the software itself, and the template editor in Booth Junkie v10 is considerably more capable than the one in earlier versions.

Licensing

Downloads are part of Booth Junkie Premium. Every licence is a Lifetime Licence and includes 12 months of Premium, which also covers SMS, WhatsApp and email sending, FTP upload, updates and support. If Premium lapses the software carries on working and the licence stays valid — only the Premium features pause until it is renewed.

New designs are added regularly and appear in the app automatically.
