Description

If you wish to transfer ownership of a licence, or transfer it to a new machine and/or equipment setup, you will need the licence to be manually transferred.

When purchasing a licence transfer, you will be asked to provide the details of the new owner and/or new machines licence key to begin the transfer.

Please note, that you will still need fully operational access to your original machine/equipment *before* we can finish the transfer processes.

If we are unable to to gain remote control of the original machine in it’s original configuration, we will be unable to complete the transfer and will not be able to issue a refund.

Licence transfers are not automatic.

Please allow up to 24 hours for a transfer to be completed.
