Booth Junkie sends guest emails through your own email account’s SMTP server, so before turning this on you’ll need that account’s SMTP server address, port, username and password to hand.
Setting it up
Open the Admin Panel and navigate to the Sharing tab, followed by the Email tab, and enable the second toggle.
Fill in your SMTP details, and customise the message that’s sent to guests alongside their photo.
Using a Gmail account
Gmail can be used to send guest emails, but a plain account password won’t work for it any more – Google requires an App Password instead of your normal login password for any third-party app sending through Gmail’s SMTP server.
