Once automatic gallery uploads are turned on for an event, Admin Panel -> Sharing -> Gallery gives you the direct link and a scannable QR code for that event, so you can put it on a printed sign, share it yourself, or copy it wherever you need it. This screen is for you, the operator – it isn’t shown to guests on the booth screen itself.
Where to find it
Go to Admin Panel -> Sharing -> Gallery. The link and QR code are fetched fresh each time you open this screen.

Use the Copy and Open-in-browser buttons provided, rather than retyping the link by hand.
A common use: setting up a “sharing station”
Scan the QR code with a spare tablet near your booth and you’ve turned it into a sharing station: guests can browse all of that event’s photos on it, find their own, and send it to themselves from there, without needing to scan anything individually.
If the link or QR code won’t load
You’ll see the message “Could not connect to server – please check your internet connection” if Booth Junkie can’t reach the gallery server. This requires an active internet connection to work – check your connection and reopen the Sharing -> Gallery tab to try again.
Turning gallery uploads on in the first place
This screen only shows a link once uploads are enabled for the event – see How do I upload photos to the online gallery (microsite)? for setting the event name and turning the feature on.
