The Singleshot Workflow is the step-by-step sequence a guest goes through after choosing the Single Shot button on your selection screen — one photo, then on to print.
How it fits together
Your Admin Panel’s selection screen leads to Main Workflow first — the idle/attract loop guests see before choosing anything. When a guest picks Single Shot, the app switches over to the Singleshot Workflow for the rest of their visit, then returns to Main Workflow once they’re done. What “one photo” actually means
Booth Junkie doesn’t capture a fixed number of photos automatically based on the shot type you’ve picked — it captures exactly as many photos as there are Photo steps in that shot type’s workflow. For Singleshot, that means one Photo step. If you ever open the Singleshot Workflow and see more than one Photo step, the guest will be taken through more than one capture — which no longer matches what a Single Shot print layout can display, since a Single Shot print layout only has room for one photo.
A typical Singleshot Workflow
A straightforward Singleshot sequence usually looks like: a Photo step to capture the shot, a Preview step so the guest can see it and choose to retake if needed, then a Print step. Getting there from the selection screen
A shot type’s button only shows up on the selection screen if it has a workflow linked to it and its button is enabled in the Screen Layout editor. If Single Shot has ever disappeared from your selection screen, check both of those rather than assuming something’s broken — an unlinked or disabled workflow is the most common reason a shot type stops appearing.
